We don\u2019t believe in achieving perfection or striving for high yields. Instead, we focus on creating one-of-a-kind experiences, harvests that are so <em>peculiar<\/em> they\u2019ll leave you wondering, \u201cHow is this even possible?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We measure our success in <strong>discrete units<\/strong>\u2014the smallest unit we\u2019ve ever calculated being <strong>0.001 micrograms<\/strong> of soil gathered from a single plant. Our goal is not to feed the masses, but rather to offer an experience you can\u2019t find anywhere else.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our philosophy is based on three core principles:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Scale is Overrated<\/strong>: Why aim for tons of potatoes when you can aim for something that fits in the palm of your hand? Tiny is beautiful, and we stand by that.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Diversity in Disappointment<\/strong>: Every harvest brings its own unique form of\u2026 well, <em>inconsistency<\/em>.
